• Shipping time: 15‑30 days

Note: On rare occasions shipments may experience delivery delays beyond the stated timeline. Such situations are beyond our control, and customs procedures can cause hold‑ups. MASA ONIS INC / liorawe.com shall not be liable for delays caused by customs inspection, international logistics disruptions or force‑majeure events.

Customers shall bear return shipping fees, which are non‑refundable. When a refund is issued, return postage will be subtracted from your refund amount. We will cover shipping expenses only for replacement requests caused by product damage.

Delivery lead‑times for exchanged goods differ depending on your location.

Our goods are mainly sourced from overseas, which accounts for the extended delivery window. We accept no liability for non‑delivered parcels resulting from invalid shipping addresses provided by customers. We will assist with damaged goods or packages lost in transit upon receipt of valid supporting evidence.
